The task
Move sales out of DMs into somewhere visible where nothing gets lost — without scaring the owner off with a complicated admin panel.
What we did
A catalogue that's simple to edit, online payments, automatic delivery pricing and Telegram notifications. We recorded the training as a video she could return to any time.
The result
Orders take minutes instead of an evening, and she adds products herself — without us.
What surprised me most is that they answered the same day. It was the first time I didn't feel stupid for asking.
