The task
Work out why paid traffic wasn't turning into enquiries, and fix it — without a full rebrand.
What we did
Rebuilt the structure around the customer's worries, cut the form down to three fields, and removed everything that slowed the page on a phone.
The result
The page opens almost instantly, and enquiries finally arrive — straight into Telegram.
They explained everything in plain language and didn't vanish after launch. I still write about small things — they still reply.
